By using VOLTDesk services you agree to these Terms. VOLTDesk is a trading name of Naeem Feroz, United Kingdom.
VOLTDesk provides marketing automation software and managed services for trade businesses. Service scope is defined in your individual service agreement.
Monthly fees are charged in advance. Setup fees are non-refundable. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. A minimum 3-month commitment applies to all plans.
You may cancel after the minimum 3-month period with 30 days written notice to [email protected].
All automation systems, workflows, and templates built by VOLTDesk remain the intellectual property of Naeem Feroz trading as VOLTDesk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
VOLTDesk shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
